HCS Mechanical Services is driving expansion into the growing Scottish market with the recruitment of highly experienced Plumbing, Gas & Heating professional, Mark Lammey, as Operations Manager for Scotland.

HCS Mechanical Services is part of Clarke’s Group – a 3rd generation family business established in 1920 – which also comprises Asbestos removal expert, Clarke’s Environmental, which operates out of headquarters in Northallerton and Glasgow.

Both companies deliver services for wide-ranging public and private sector organisations, including Local authorities, Housing Associations Demolition, Police authorities and Domestic and Commercial customers.

Mark’s arrival is the latest key appointment designed to boost growth north of the border for the highly-respected independent Yorkshire heating and plumbing company.

Over the last 25 years, he has established a formidable reputation in Plumbing, Gas & Heating services across wide-ranging sectors including servicing, commercial and domestic plumbing and renewable energy for new builds, public sector contracts and social housing.

Mark has held key roles as contracts manager and team leader at some of Scotland’s leading technology and engineering businesses, facilities managers, heating contractors and local authorities & housing associations. Responsibilities included improving the customer experience, team deployments and delivery, HR management, H&S, environmental business processes and budgets.
