Tank Storage Germany 2016, the leading event for the German bulk liquid storage industry, returns to The Hamburg Messe, Hamburg, on 16 & 17 November. The show brings together over 80 suppliers and a dedicated audience of decision makers and senior buyers, all looking to attend the highly anticipated conference programme and source the latest in tank storage solutions.

Nick Powell, StocExpo & Tank Storage Portfolio Event Director comments: “We were delighted with the growth we achieved last year since our launch in 2014, proving the need for an event dedicated to the German market-increasing visitor numbers by 15 per cent and exhibitors by 20 percent. The show has firmly established itself as the leading event of its kind for the German market and we plan to grow again this year, with an expanded showfloor, a bigger conference programme and more innovation on show than ever before. The show brings together the best and brightest from German bulk liquid storage industry, providing the perfect opportunity for leading manufacturers and suppliers to showcase their innovative products and services to a captive audience.

“The seminar content we have on offer is more relevant than ever, with leading experts from Oiltanking, Arcadis, Vopak, Deloitte and Tanquid taking to the stage to discuss all things storage. We have worked tirelessly to provide our visitors with the biggest names in the industry, ensuring that there is something for everyone. Stay tuned as there is much more to come from us!”

Germany has a total storage capacity of over 70 million m3, yet with much of it being geared towards supporting the inland supply chain, the market dynamics are very different to those in the ARA (Amsterdam, Rotterdam and Antwerp). The two-day conference programme will provide visitors with an insight into the industry’s critical issues, as well as

debate the latest trends and market forecasts.

The speakers will be delivering detailed sessions on everything from refining, trade flows,

investors, regulations, falling prices, market analysis and developments through to storage demand, terminal performance, innovative new technologies and energy efficiency.

Alongside the educational seminar sessions will be a packed exhibition hall, showcasing an array of international suppliers, including Actemium, Börger GmbH, Ivens NV, Siemens, Mueller-Behaelterbau, M+F Technologies, IfI Technology GmbH and Remondis. Many

of these will be using the show to launch new technologies or make major announcements to an international audience.
