Trianco Launches All New Aztec Electric Combi Boiler
Aztec electric boilers can already be found in thousands of British homes and building upon the boiler’s established popularity, Trianco has announced an extension to the Aztec electric range, with the launch of a new compact, electric combi model, to complement the existing classic and system ranges.
The Sheffield based company’s new Aztec combi can sit neatly and discreetly in an airing cupboard or utility room; its design means there is no need for extensive pipework, flue kit or cylinder for hot water storage. Furthermore, all major components are incorporated in the combi itself, that would otherwise be installed in addition to a standard wet system boiler. The range features adjustable controls i.e DHW storage 60deg – 85deg indicated by LED’s, built in system pressure gauge and also includes a smart digital programmer. The pump, expansion vessel and automatic air vent are discreetly housed behind a clean, white powder coated casing.
Whisper quiet in operation and fully modulating, Trianco claim an efficiency of 99.8%, with the boiler delivering up to 16 litres per minute of direct hot water (DHW), dependent upon site conditions. Standout features include replaceable elements, onboard diagnostics and soft switching to preserve element life. The range is manufactured in the UK and incorporates a solid stainless steel heat exchanger.
All Aztec models feature a specifically designed, state of the art printed circuit board (PCB). Providing full modulation, units continuously supply an optimum output for the system’s demand. Trianco claim the additional controllability this delivers through all heating cycles, can ultimately reduce running costs
According to Trianco, the new Aztec combi presents ‘an ideal solution for properties that have no mains gas or require a practical and versatile heating alternative’. Designed as a simple install with straight flow and return connections, the combi is virtually maintenance free. A comprehensive two year manufacturer’s warranty is offered with all Aztec boilers, backed by a nationwide network of dedicated engineers.
